No. you don’t have to but you are always welcome to be around. Just send us your specific instructions on how to get access in your home and will make sure the door is lock properly when we leave.

Yes. Although issues can come up anytime, we try our best to keep the same cleaners, unless you like us to change in case you are not happy with the cleaning.

We are fond of pets. Although our cleaning team is highly trained in managing pets, you can always give us specific guidelines when needed.

We are maintaining a proper safety code during covid situations for our cleaners and customers. In addition, our team members have their temperature checked daily and periodically get COVID tests, especially if feeling symptoms.

Our pricing is based on the household size and the type of service you’re interested in. For commercial accounts, we charge by square foot, and that will vary from location.

Yes, every time you refer to our services you will get a 10% discount, also we encourage you to leave us reviews on google.

Yes. Although we encourage residential customers to use their own vacuum cleaner for hygienic reasons. We use our vacuums in other people’s places even though they are cleaned periodically, and filters are changed when needed. It is always good to play safe, especially if you have newborns or problems with asthma. Also you are welcome to use your cleaning supplies. If you have any preference or specific brand, just let us know.

Our cleaners are trained in green cleaning. Please request in advance so that we can bring our eco-friendly products at no additional charge.

Not for residential. But please advise us within 24hrs if we need to cancel or reschedule.  We ask for at least a three-month contract to start after our initial cleaning for commercial accounts.

We pay all our workers well. Tips are not mandatory or required in any way, but we always appreciate them.

We accept almost all kinds of payment methods available in the US. Let us know which methods work for you.

To schedule in a week or so to advance, a valid credit card and a deposit of 30% off the total cleaning need to be provided. All cleaning can be canceled 24hrs before services during office working hours. No fee to reschedule if we are advised in advance. Cancellation At the door will be charged the total amount of cleaning.

    However, additional services such as cleaning inside the kitchen appliances and cabinets are available – remember to ask us before your cleaning appointment to reserve more time for you! Because of safety reasons, we do not clean or dust any wires or pipes.

Yes, Jeny Cleaning Service LLC is fully ensured & bonded. We know it is a privilege to work in your home and business, and we are always careful about that. 

We charge per work. Our charge varies from 0.05 cents to 0.50 cents per square foot for office and commercial cleaning.
