Cancellation Policy
Important Information For Clients
Welcome to Jeny Cleaning Services LLC
1. All Jeny Cleans clients should seek and read carefully our Cancellation Policy and therefore agree to that accordingly to have valid cleaning schedules with Jeny Cleans.
2. The clients should provide valid Credit Card information for the payments and/or for any extra charges due to any changes or cancellations made by the clients.
3. Service Cancellations or Rescheduling can be done within 24 hours with No Charge and after that, will charge $50.
4. Cancellations at the client’s door void any service voucher or appointment and the full cleaning service charge will be due.
5. For any Cleaning Service charges or Cancellation of an existing schedule, the clients MUST COMMUNICATE WITHIN BUSINESS HOURS with proper formalities. (BUSINESS HOURS: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Friday)

7. No messages, texts, or voice calls will be entertained after Business Hours or Weekend.
