We understand that plans can change. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure fair service for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may require a full service charge, depending on the situation.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Arrival Window Our team provides a 1–2 hour arrival window to allow for traffic, weather, and previous appointments. We always do our best to arrive on time and will notify you of any unexpected delays.
- Access to Your Home or Business Please make sure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter the location, it may be treated as a same‑day cancellation.
- Satisfaction Guarantee If something is missed or you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will gladly return to correct the issue.
